Agreement
Yoopay is a trading name and Brand of Mishvi Industries Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Yoopay”. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Yoopay governing your use of Yoopay software, solutions and services whereby Yoopay shall provide aggregate payment gateway solutions to you for further on boarding merchants to sell Products and/or collecting money for a specified purpose.

When you use Yoopay Technology Services provided by us, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Agreement. The Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer form a part of this Agreement. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates/ changes. Your continued use of Yoopay Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.

We may also use information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

Registration
You must register with us in order to open a Yoopay Account and use Yoopay Services. We allow both individuals and Legal Entities to register with Yoopay. Without any legal obligation to do so, we require certain information from you, as laid out in the registration form, to permit the use of Yoopay Services. You must provide accurate and complete information. In addition, you must keep the information that you provide up-to-date at all times.

Disclosures and Notices
You agree that Yoopay can provide disclosures and notices required by law and other information about your Yoopay Account to you electronically by posting it on our website, or by e-mailing it to the email address provided by you at the time of registration. You also agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided you with paper copies. Such disclosures and notices are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted to our website, or within 24 hours of the time emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered.

Disclaimer
Yoopay will make all reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted technology subject to down time and regular maintenance. However, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the Yoopay Site, Yoopay Services may not be uninterrupted or error free or free from any virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, program or macro and Yoopay disclaim all warranties, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness of the services for a particular purpose. Although Yoopay adopts security measures it considers appropriate for the offer of the Yoopay Solutions, it does not assure or guarantee that no person will overcome or subvert the security measures and gain unauthorized access to the Yoopay Platform or your/ Customer data. Yoopay shall not be responsible or liable if any unauthorized person hacks into or gains access to the Yoopay Service or to your Yoopay Account.
